RETURNS

Gifts

If the returned item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate worth the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item did not qualify as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver wanted to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know you returned the item.

Shipping

You will pay the shipping costs yourself to return the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
